Conditions of Use

Location:

Left Fields ships hops rhizomes to Canada ONLY. If you complete an order for hops rhizomes and you are located outside Canada, we will not fill your order and we are not liable for credit card, PayPal or bank charges incurred.

Hops Manuals may be shipped anywhere in the world.

Substitutions

We will not substitute rhizome varieties unless specifically authorized by the customer. If we cannot fill your order for any reason, we will contact you by email or phone.

Refunds

We guarantee 90% viability if rhizomes are treated according to the instruction sheet included with your shipment. If your rhizomes do not grow, please contact us for replacement or refund. Please note that we will not replace or refund amounts fewer than 10 or below 10% of your order, and will replace up to 90% of non-germinated hops only. Please let us know as soon as possible in the year if you are having difficulties with your hops. Refunds and replacements are at the sole discretion of Left Fields.

Shipping

Orders under 30 kg (66 lb) are shipped by Express Post. Express Post ensures that your order arrives in the best possible conditions. We do not send rhizomes out on Thursday or Friday to ensure that they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Orders over 30 kg will be shipped by common carrier or courier, COD to the customer. We will contact the customer directly to arrange transport of large orders.

Pickup at the farm is available, please let us know this when you order. If shipping charges have been automatically applied, they will be refunded when pickup is made.

Please Note: Hops Rhizomes are shipped within Canada only.

Payment

Left Fields accepts payment through PayPal, which allows the customer to use any credit card accepted by PayPal, at no additional charge, with guaranteed security and privacy.

Alternatively, payment may be made by cheque, mailed to Left Fields.

No order will be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
