Left Fields phone: (250) 675-4122 Tours: If you would like to have a look at the hopyards, please make an appointment to visit the farm! We welcome expected visitors. Please understand, however, that we are running both a brewery and the hopyards, so tours may be limited in time. If you are planning to start a hopyard, or are an existing grower, please tell us this when you call so that we can allot an appropriate amount of time. If you just want to see the yards and check out the brewery, please book a brewery tour instead by phoning the brewery at 250-675-6847. Consultations: Longer visits (more than 1/2 hour) or extended discussions may require a formal, paid consultation. Over the years, we have given extensively of our time to prospective hops growers, and we've been happy to do so. Unfortunately, due to the demands on our time, we can no longer provide extensive free resources and consultations. Please discuss your needs with us so that we can help you in the best way possible, keep your costs to a bare minimum (if anything) and provide the information you need if we can. Off-Season: we are closed for sales between June and January. Inquiries and consultations during the off-season will be responded to, but may take some time. Please be aware of this when contacting us! When we're not actively packing hops, we are growing, mulching, pruning, cover-cropping, harvesting, drying, packaging, grading, sourcing and preparing for next year. We are also brewing and farming.
